Overview
Join our virtual nonprofit management team! We are looking for an additional Quick Books Online bookkeeper to handle the daily and monthly responsibilities associated with keeping our client’s books up to date and well ordered.
You’ll be working closely with our clients to ensure that the following responsibilities are handled diligently
• Weekly Bookkeeping (mix of accrual and cash-basis) for multiple clients
• Answering support questions from clients related to bookkeeping
• Ensuring clients’ books are kept up-to-date and are accurate and organized
• Preparing month-end reports
• Managing three clients simultaneously

Qualifications
Required Experience • An excellent understanding of bookkeeping, payroll, debits and credits, merchant account imports, how to use classes, bank reconciliations and more. • An excellent understanding of the ins and outs of how an accounting system works: Invoicing, payables, bookkeeping, etc. • Prior Quick Books Online bookkeeping experience, nonprofit preferred. Required Skills • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). • Hyper-organized. • Ability to ask questions and think about how an entry or changes impacts other areas. • Confidence that allows you to pause, ask questions, and question decisions that seem odd or out of alignment. • Quick Books Online is our only system we use and we want a skilled professional in this accounting software.
