This role involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in client meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Project Coordinator, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office and Google Doc applications, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. We need a real team player who loves working as part of a small team and helping clients succeed. As a Project Coordinator you will: * Work closely with project managers and consultants to create comprehensive action plans concerning project resources, budgets, and timeframes. * Plan and manage team goals and project schedules. * Direct project communications by preparing and reviewing project proposals, meeting notes and client emails. * Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings. * Determine project changes and send clients invoices for approved changes. * Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep projects on track. * Organize, attend, and participate in client meetings * Participate in project design meetings * Document and follow-up on important actions and decisions from meetings * Manage project-related files and deliverables * Facilitate the coordination of team resources for client and non-client projects * Provide administrative support as needed What about you? You understand the value of process improvement and using data to make better decisions. You will typically work Monday-Friday but there are occasions when our team meets on the weekend via Zoom.
