Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented assistant to pitch to podcasts and news outlets. You will work directly in Asana to manage outreach tasks, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups. This role is perfect for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a project management system.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update media outreach tasks in Asana
  • Research relevant podcasts and news outlets
  • Draft and organize pitch emails (templates provided)
  • Track responses and schedule follow-ups
  • Maintain an organized outreach workflow
