Overview

Are you an experienced bookkeeper? If that’s you, you have at least 2+ years experience in accounting/bookkeeping and are wanting to take on a fulltime role, we need to talk!

We are a SUPER FAST-PACED virtual accounting firm looking for someone meticulous to help us fulfill the needs of our bookkeeping clients. Bank feed allocations, account reconciliations, a journal entry here and there. Currently we adding new clients each and every month and we are are not stopping – we plan to continue to scale to new heights each and every month.

Looking for someone fluent in QuickBooksOnline AND that is a total A-Player when it comes to problem solving (and life in general). You must be a real “figure it out” type, that isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done!

We work hard and expect our team members to do the same. In turn we treat them like family and have so much fun together as a team.
