Your Technical Virtual Assistant

Dear Melissa,

I would like to express my interest in the virtual assistant position for you and your business. Being an Ayurvedic practitioner myself, I am very drawn to the kind of work you do. My interest in entrepreneurship and online business has taken me from creating newsletters on mailchimp to designing online courses and launching webinars. I believe that my passion for constantly learning and growing personally and in entrepreunership, strong commitment to authentic heart centered marketing, and interest in setting up systems for business that work in a long run make me a great candidate to join you.

As a candidate, here’s what I could immediately bring to the table:

An effective execution of different marketing solutions: In my role at The Pickleball Guru, I learnt how to and set up a free video series to promote the online course (a membership site that I set up from start to finish, using course cats and paid membership pro) and set up the webinars (couple of which ended up in ~20000$ sales), using email broadcasts and leadpages. I was also able to showcase my graphic design abilities creating the graphics for all the mentioned projects (I use Photoshop). I learn new programs, software fast and I believe I could easily help you with Easy Webinar, Accessally. I also gave makeover to a few WordPress sites, one of them was a thrive theme.

A disciplined project manager: I have always displayed my careful approach to different projects by setting up operating manuals (for future expansion) and using project management apps for easy tracking and communication (google drive, asana, basecamp). At The Pickleball Guru, I had the opportunity to create the SOPs for the business, including instructional videos, which further shows my dedication to effective communication and project management.

A passionate learner: Everything I have engaged in so far has all been driven by my keen interest in learning/figuring things out. Even as an executive assistant, I made sure to dedicate some part of my day to researching and learning new trends in marketing/video making/list building and so on. As I say, I enjoy the job as long as I get to learn new things.

I look forward to contributing my skills and experiences as your virtual assistant and hope to have the opportunity to speak with you further about how I can be an asset to your business.
