Research Skills: – Smart in researching & digging info on a specific subject (given information, background, etc.) on the Internet – Quickly identify relevant websites (per criteria specified), bookmark and classify them for further study by clients, etc. Internet research (on supplied topics to collect data, statistics), Writing documents summarizing research, managing email lists, posting press releases, articles (supplied), etc. to various sites, and other admin duties.

Communication Savvy: – Oral and written communication with correctness and clarity — clear, concise, specific – Polished email skills and etiquette (or ability to quickly learn clients best-practices) – realizes that email is a first point of contact for a customer! And, that first impressions matter! Communication in English, Russian and Bulgarian.

LinkedIn & Social Media: – Experienced with LinkedIn: inviting professionals to connect, sending messages/emails via LinkedIn, searching and sorting contacts, recruitment, management of LinkedIn group, Facebook & Twitter updates, research of contacts, management of Facebook groups, etc.

Organization Skills: — Systematic, process-focused, implements and/or follows systems — Excellent ability to coordinate schedules, appointments, and be on top of these. That includes but is not limited to: travel arrangements (flights, trains, hotels), calendar management, online shopping, expenses book-keeping, etc.

Willingness to Learn: – Excited by learning new skills, techniques, processes, systems, software, etc. – Enjoys growing one’s capabilities, while contributing to the organization.
