I have spent the last four years working for Paula’s Choice Skincare as a Senior Client Services Consultant. I took a look at your website, and was excited to see that you share many of the same values that Paula’s Choice does (and I do myself) – the importance of fragrance-free skincare, and using ingredients that work without causing irritation. If you are not familiar with Paula’s Choice, they have a strong focus on consumer education and provide many resources to learn about ingredients, formulations, and how good products actually work, and I carry all of that knowledge with me today. I can speak to the benefits of retinol, hyaluronic acid, salicylic acid, ceramides, and much more in both scientific and laymen’s terms. It was refreshing to read through some of your product ingredient lists and be pleased with what I saw, which is rare these days! Your brand is one I would be proud to work with and represent.

I left my previous job a few weeks ago because I was spending far too much time commuting, so a position I could do from home would be ideal, and I appreciate your openness to working with a remote employee for a role such as this one. I have years of experience handling customer service contacts via email and Facebook Messenger, and am known for providing excellent customer experiences.
