Whitney L. Bania – NewMe Fitness

Dear Mr. Sundblad

If you want to fill this role with someone who exhibits all of the qualities listed in the job description, hustles to get things done, and thrives under pressure, then I am an absolute fit for this position. Eight years of operations management experience in exclusive service-based businesses – including quickly expanding from one boutique exercise studio location to three in a competitive market – has cultivated a unique perspective on the start-up mindset and what it takes to succeed. Now that I have relocated and transferred my ownership, it would be a natural transition to work in the Online Store Manager role that would highlight my aptitude for logistics.

My experience has shaped the respect that I have for processes and my inherent grasp of the importance of accuracy in project management. Task prioritization was pivotal in operating successful businesses while simultaneously opening other locations. It was also crucial in accomplishing complex undertakings, such as lease negotiation and supervising build-out procedures, and essential in creating guidelines for delegating tasks to employees.

I thrive on anticipating needs before they are made known, and more than a decade of client-facing experience has polished my distinct relationship-building skills. Before my career as an operations and personnel manager, I was a key employee in the fields of finance and online publishing where hard deadlines were fundamental to performance. Self-motivation has been an asset throughout my career path.

It would be an exciting opportunity to learn more about the Amazon Seller Platform and I’m eager to continue exercising my refined editing, operational management, and client service expertise. I have worked remotely for the last year and a half and my Type A tendencies have made me a productive in this unique work environment.

Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Whitney Bania
