Dear Madam,
I am writing in response to the available Virtual Assistant position.

I am currently working as the Virtual Office Manager of an email marketing company.

My current duties include client management, email design and quality control. I also manage the Accounts Payable and Receivable for the company as well as managing the CEO’s personal finances.

I am an Army wife of seven years so a remote position is very important for me. I have worked from home for over six years and that has allowed me to follow my husband’s career without sacrificing my own employment.

I feel very confident that I could do all of the tasks you have outlined so you don’t have to spend all of your nights working! I have many years of experience scheduling and organizing. I am very comfortable with technology and haven’t come across a program that I wasn’t able to learn very quickly.
