I have vast and extensive virtual administrative experience encompassing email and phone communications with client’s and customers, invoicing, scheduling, and various additional administrative functions.

In my most recent Virtual Administrative position, I was assistant to the Area Director, 3 Regional Directors, and the Regional Product Trainer for Constant Contact’s entire Midwest team. In this role, I handled all communications with local speakers and customers, set up and coordinated all details of their training sessions and seminars, created email blasts and event pages in Constant Contact, managed their web calendar postings and expenses, and various other administrative tasks. The position required a high attention to detail and the ability to continuously multi-task and switch gears.
