For the last 10 years I have had the pleasure of providing administrative support to various departments at MDA Information Systems LLC. In 2013, I was asked to serve as the Executive Assistant to CEO and other C-level and senior executives. I am a team player; I am very easy to get along with. I believe that my personality as well as my professional skills would be essential to the Virtual Assistant position you are trying to fill.

I possess more than 10 years of computer experience through my professional and educational background. Over the years, I have developed my knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to manage calendars, create reports, schedule meetings, enter data, and complete other tasks and I can type at least 65 words-per-minute.

Throughout my career I have been able to further develop my administrative skills to include making travel arrangements, maintaining executive calendars, scheduling meetings and conference rooms, creating and editing various correspondence and reports, proofreading documents, and maintaining confidentiality. I am very organized, detail oriented and willing to learn new tasks.
