True North Vacations

Dear Mr. Bryant,
I was excited this week to see the opening that was listed for a travel specialist on I strongly believe that the skills and abilities I have gained during my career as an educator will make me an excellent candidate for this position.
Key proficiencies that I possess which I believe relate directly to the type of candidate that you are looking for to fulfill this role are:

• Communication skills—I have been very successful in building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues within my school district.
• Problem Solving—When working with a group of children, one needs to be able to identify strengths and weaknesses in the skills of the students. Once those areas have been recognized, ways to correct or enhance them must be identified.
• Planning and organization—Planning and organizing active engagements assignments that meet the needs of my students is a daily occurrence and one of my strengths.
• Flexibility—When a lesson doesn’t go well, or you suddenly have 20 extra students in your classroom, this is a skill you learn very quickly!

I am eager to combine my previous experience with my passion for vacations to work hard and make a meaningful contribution to your company. I appreciate this chance to introduce myself and to tell you about my plans to make this career change. You may reach me at 717-350-5823. I look forward to hearing from you! Thank you for your time.

Warm regards,
Nicole Carr
