The Scale System

Dear Patrick Nash,

I am excited to apply for the role of Data Entry at The Scale System. Previously, I worked as the Associate Broker Support Analyst for Coventry Healthcare of Georgia where I gained strong data entry and time management skills. I’m confident that I can take my skills and experience from that opportunity and make a positive impact on your team as well.

Given my related administrative experience and excellent capabilities, I feel my skills are an ideal match for this position. At Coventry, organization was key to ensure all agents and agencies received their disbursements in a timely manner. As a result, all disbursements were delivered and all verification documents were completed by the monthly deadline every month. Your team will benefit from my ability to be a quick learner, analyze documents for accuracy, follow up with internal and external clients.

In addition to my work experience, I also served as the PTA President at Britt Elementary School where my son was enrolled at the time. There, I had the chance to work as a team with the board members to organize all PTA school events from beginning to end – including three new school events. In this role, I also worked with the Principal to ensure all activities and events were completely planned and ran smoothly.

My experience and personal skills make me a strong candidate for this position. For your review and consideration, I have enclosed my resume with details of my background and accomplishments. I will follow up with you in a few days to answer any questions you may have. In the meantime, you may reach me at 678-362-6676 or via email at mkaneghay@gmail.com. I look forward to our conversation.

Best Regards,
M’Kaneghay Hudson
