I have been in the sales/recruiting business for the past 12 years when I started in the industry by running a recruiting station for the United States Army.
Currently I am working with All’s Well Health Care Services which is a medical staffing agency. Not only do we recruit medical candidates, but I work with a variety of medical providers in the Colorado and Wyoming area assisting them in the hiring of individuals for their open positions, thus the sales side of the house! Since the transition to medical recruiting in July, I have managed to generate over $32,000 in direct hire cash fills and a total gross profit of over $96,000.
Being able to assist a candidate in the hiring process is truly a reward every day knowing YOU are the one assisting them in finding that long term “career” position! Not only do I enjoy assisting the candidate, I very much enjoy the challenge of the sale and enjoy working with clients. The reason I am looking to leave my current position is I am having a baby in December and with the cost of child care here in Colorado I have chosen to stay home with her.
