As you will see in my resume, I had to embrace several careers during my professional life, first because I wanted to have more flexibility to raise our children and then when we moved from France to the US thanks to my husband job. Iâ€™ve been an IT project manager, an ecommerce boutique owner, an independent sale consultant as well as an after-school french teacher. Iâ€™ve gained throughout the years technical, customer service, sales as well as marketing skills.
Managing my own ecommerce company helped me develop a strong capability to listen and has taught me how to meet as well as exceed each customerâ€™s expectations as well as what/how manage customer orders to achieve the best service they can receive.
Both my past experiences working within a company and for myself, have helped me develop strong time management, multi-tasking and self reliance skills which all come handy when assisting others.
