I have vast and extensive virtual administrative experience addressing client and customer emails and calls, meeting planning, expense reports, invoicing, internet research, and more. I am very flexible, and I work well with all personality types. I’m a self-starter, take full ownership, and I have a strong work ethic.

In my most recent Virtual Administrative position, I was assistant to the Area Director, 3 Regional Directors, and the Regional Product Trainer for Constant Contact’s Midwest team. In this role, I handled all communications with local speakers and customers, set up and coordinated all details of their training sessions and seminars, created email blasts and event pages in Constant Contact, managed their web calendar and expenses, and various other administrative tasks.
