Redtails Solutions

Dear Mr. Calloway,

It is with great enthusiasm that I submit my resume for the position of Researcher, as I think my skill set would be a great fit for working with you and your team as you develop study guides for the cyber security certification courses that Redtails Training Solutions offers.

A few reasons that demonstrate how I would be an asset to Redtails Training Solutions:

1. I am an experienced Project Manager and love being part of a team while at the same time I’m very self-directed, enjoy working independently, and pride myself on meeting deadlines. I work with Google Docs.
2. I have years of writing and research experience, as I have written freelance articles for an education journal and am currently working on a master’s degree. I love research and have become very efficient when delving into the details needed for the many papers required in my studies.
3. I understand the SQ5R study method and while I don’t have experience with the technical side of cyber security, I am confident in my ability to learn and understand new disciplines.

As you’ll see on the attached resume, I worked at Apple for 7 years in the Retail and Development department and understand setting high expectations for success. The varied opportunities I experienced at Apple led me to building a reputation for finding solutions, effectively communicating expectations, and motivating others to believe in their abilities to achieve those expectations.

Since leaving Apple, I’ve written articles for The Language Educator and have begun working on a master’s degree in mental health counseling, which has enhanced my writing, research, and editing skills. I am only taking one class at a time and would really appreciate the opportunity to engage in a work environment and focus on interesting projects. My combination of relationship and listening skills, ability to communicate effectively, attention to detail, and willingness to learn would be a great fit for your writing, researching, and proofreading needs.

Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind regards,
Kristen Stipe
