To Whom It May Concern:
Recently, I was informed that the company I work for is going through a difficult time financially. The result has been a cut back in hours and personnel. Due to this change, I am in the job market. I moved to Huntsville from Birmingham in 2013 when I married due to my husband living here. Huntsville is the location we have chosen to raise our family and I am seeking a position where I can establish a foundation for the future and grow within the company.
I am confident that I can be an asset to your company and would appreciate you reviewing the attached resume. While it illustrates my experience and training, it cannot communicate my dedication and self-determination to succeed. I feel my diversified background of HR and legal along with my formal education makes me a unique fit for this position.
I have gained a wide array of expertise over the course of my career. Over the last 10 years, I have 5+ years of direct HR experience and 10+ years of paralegal experience in senior level roles. My work as a paralegal has provided extensive experience with contracts, reporting, performing audits, quality assurance, responding to requests for production, and client engagement. As an HR Manager, I have extensive expertise in management and organizational analysis, working with a distributed team, training and providing superior service to clients. I am highly independent and able to lead teams to solve problems along with providing daily supervision and direction to support teams.
I am confident that I can be an asset to your company and would appreciate you reviewing the attached resume. While it illustrates my experience and training, it cannot communicate my dedication and self-determination to succeed. Thank you for your time and consideration and I look forward to discussing my experience in further detail.
