Dear Reader:

I am responding to your posting for a Virtual Assistant. My areas of expertise include planning, project management, process improvement, project coordination, administration, executive support and stakeholder relations. My background makes me a strong candidate for this position.

I have over five years’ experience with a track record of enhancing the effectiveness of the organizations supported. My experience includes document processing, database management, calendar management, research, budget support, reports preparation, content creation, vendor management and travel coordination. I have supported major entertainment productions and handled highly sensitive information.

Throughout my career I have demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and communication skills interacting with executives, peers, vendors and stakeholders. In all of my positions I developed a reputation for outstanding customer service. I make highly effective presentations and have thrived in fast paced, deadline driven environments.

I have strong computer skills and am proficient with MAC and PC systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote and MAC versions, Google Drive, Docs, Dropbox, Box, Evernote, Filemaker Pro, and iMovie. I also have a dedicated home office.

I have a BA in communications from Northeastern University.

I am creative, enthusiastic with strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, communication and team skills. I have not only the ability to take on the responsibility of this position, but also the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I make a success of it.
