I have extensive experience in process analysis in different fields. By studying the process which is in place, I can create best practices, streamlining and improving the process whenever possible. I can also use the information I collect to create training documents and/or processes. I have worked in Visio in the past and would just need a quick refresher to get back up to speed. I have extensive experience in technical writing, creating manuals and training guides, web content, and blogs. The last few years I have been working as a freelance blogger and consultant and have also been keeping up my own travel blog as I travel across the USA.
Freelancing the last 4 years has required me to have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills to successfully manage multiple assignments to meet deadlines. My focus and excellent time management skills enable me to work independently without distraction.
