In my most recent Virtual Administrative position, I was assistant to the Area Director, 3 Regional Directors, and the Regional Product Trainer supporting the Midwest team for Constant Contact. In this role, I coordinated a variety of deadline driven tasks, addressed verbal and written customer communications, scheduled events, provided internet research, data entry, and just about whatever else was needed! The position required a lot of multitasking, attention to detail, a high level of organization, and the ability to work well with all personality types.
