Office Manager / Virtual Assistant

I would love to assist with you with the tasks you listed in your job description. I have over 20 years experience, working in administration both in the corporate world and for small business owners. My last position was completely virtual for a small business owner and their team, so I am no stranger to working remotely. I have experience working in Quickbooks, Dropbox and assisting in creating and distributing invoices.

Confidentiality, honesty and diligence in every task is one of my greatest strengths and has ensured that I have always be trusted with company banking details, credit card information and customers private information.

I love a challenge and the opportunities that come with it to find new and creative ways to ensure that things re not only running smoothly but even more proficiently. A challenger is another opportunity to learn.

Customers are an absolute pleasure to work with even the ones who are a little upset and can be made to have a positive experience when a situation is handled correctly, and they are informed of what the situation is and the ways to solve it.
