I am writing to express my interest in the position advertised by your organization. I have reviewed the job description and the requirements correspond with my skills, competencies, and experience.
I am a lifetime learner, paralegal, notary public, polished office manager and certified professional in human resources with the SHRM-CP and PHR designations, a strong work ethic and spirit of excellence. Over my 15 year career in Human Resources, Office Management and Administration, I seen many examples of great leadership. I learned what separates the truly successful from the rest is how important they feel their contributions are to the goals of the organization.
I have worked in corporate environments my entire career, blessed with opportunities to work closely with several extraordinary CEO’s and top-level executives. Through these experiences, I developed into the highly skilled and motivated strategic thinker I am today. Always thinking ahead to the next steps needed to carry out any task or project at hand and embedding in me a drive that will go above the call of duty to deliver results that contribute to organizational success.
The scope of my responsibilities has been diverse and includes office management, administration, project management, research, training, customer service/support, inventory, vendor negotiations, basic accounting functions, events/convention coordination, human resources planning, development and management (seasoned in effectively performing all HR functions). I have a successful record of accomplishment in promoting a pleasant and safe work environment; ensuring “best practices” are in place and followed, improving efficiency, increasing performance and productivity, reducing costs and preventing unnecessary risks and liabilities.
Currently, I am exploring new career challenges and I am confident your organization would benefit from my experience and commitment. If you are looking for an original, flexible and diverse professional able to infuse creative and innovative ideas into cohesive strategies within time-critical goals and within budget, I would welcome an opportunity to learn more about your expectations from a candidate for this position and to discuss my qualifications further.

Kind Regards,

Natasha Roark, SHRM-CP, PHR
