I am seeking employment as a virtual assistant. I have a diverse background in administrative assistant work that includes setting up client files and new accounts, invoicing, and web- based software systems. In addition to my work experience, I have filed my family tax returns for the past 10 years which have included filing Schedule C’s for business profit and loss. As you will see from my resume, I also owned my own business for a time and have experience filing for an EIN as well as filing sales taxes.

I have vast experience in email management, customer communication (phone, text, and email), scheduling services, as well as processing and recording incoming payments. I am experienced using Google Docs and Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Publisher, and Power Point. I am a member of an online business school where I am able to quickly learn new programs and gain new skills as needed.

I am highly capable of working under minimal supervision and I am extremely organized and efficient.

I am a mom of two children who go to school during the day and I have a dedicated and quite home office. I am available up to 30 hours per week Monday through Friday. I would love the opportunity to assist you in furthering the success of your firm.
