Hi Patrick:

I have over 20 years’ experience in various customer service environments. Currently I work in the Financial Services industry as an Office Manager for 2020 Financial Advisers of Cardiff, LLC, located in the coastal San Diego area. I handle the new account paperwork for investments and life insurance, add contacts and track daily tasks using Redtail (our CRM), compose and/or edit outgoing correspondence, arrange appointments between Financial Consultant and client, conflict resolution, participate in weekly staff meetings and quarterly conference calls, daily (sometimes hourly) updates to the FC as to the status of time-sensitive tasks, and overall just ensure that the FC maintains his focus on getting in front of clients, new and prospective.
I would be good for this job because I can work independently with little to no supervision, I’m great on the phone, completes tasks in order of importance and time-sensitivity, and I’m receptive to constructive feedback, which is important for growth.
I hope we can set up some time to chat. I’m available after 3:00 PST Monday-Thursday. I have Fridays off so I’m available from about 9:00 to 4:00. I look forward to hearing from you.
