Megan Pener Cover Letter
To Whom it May Concern:
After reading the job description for the personal assistant job, I am very interested and believe I would be an ideal candidate.
I meet the qualifications listed in the description and I am a high energy, fun, and positive person.
I have strong organizational skills, effective written and oral communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. I am currently working part-time as the Alumni Coordinator for a private Jewish day school as well as the Administrator for a Jewish education program. I am hoping to earn some extra income, doing something a few additional hours a week, with flexibility, because I’m also the mom of a one year old daughter.
During my previous jobs, I have been responsible for providing support to more than 30 staff members and many board members. I have experience booking travel itineraries and learning several different database softwares. I have been the first face people see when walking in to two different offices’ front doors and am known for my enthusiastic interactions with visitors and staff.
I would love the opportunity to interview for this position and discuss my experiences and how they can contribute to making Woodies even more successful, and your life easier.
Thank you for your consideration,
