I am a Virtual Administrative Consultant. I have started my business year to empower entrepreneurs by utilizing 12 years of administrative and process improvement experience.
I have a strong background in Excel, data analysis, defining and refining process efficiencies, administrative tasks, and social media management. I have listed below the tasks that I am best qualified to help out with. I am a quick learner and would be able to assist with other tasks as needed.
– Customer Service (this is a big one). Respond to customer messages on Seller Central, issue refunds, send replacement units, respond to questions posted on listings, identify & communicate with reviewers
– Create an eBay store, list our products, manage platform (not yet doing, want to start)
– Google Suite management (we keep everything in Google Docs & need someone to ensure everything is documented & it doesnâ€™t turn into a mess)
– Facebook page management & GROWTH
– Speaking with customers through Facebook Messenger (we do this live, no chatbots)
– Pinterest marketing (not yet doing, want to start)
– YouTube marketing (not yet doing, want to start)
– Product research (we use X-Ray by Helium10 & Market Intelligence by Viral Launch, plus LOTS of spreadsheets)
– Email marketing (not yet doing, want to start)
– Create training videos for other team members (we create Standard Operating Procedures for all repetitive tasks, for training & documentation)
