Dear Jean,

I’d like to be considered for the Client Onboarding Superstar position available at MarketSmiths which was just posted on I am extremely reliable, organized, a fast learner, and fully appreciate how vital customer satisfaction is to a growing business. Much of my professional experience has been in marketing and event management, and 4 years ago I started my own concierge business – where in addition to running everyday errands for clients I also take on project work for small business owners. I have extensive experience overseeing projects such as marketing and publicity campaigns, trade show planning, and have been taking on freelance proofreading projects for much of my adult life.

For the past 2 years I have successfully handled onboarding and client support for a start-up website. My responsibilities included onboarding new clients, training clients and their staff how to use the site, preparing marketing materials, creating and uploading content, keeping other staff members up to date on the status of our 60+ clients through Salesforce, Dropbox and virtual meetings, and always being available for any questions or issues that arise. My excellent organizational skills and attention to detail helped me to be successful working at this busy start-up.
