I am a seasoned business professional with nineteen years experience (14 years in my home-based office) in project management, resource management and customer service. Looking over the Heroic website, I can see where my strengths and experience would be a seamless fit.
At my current contract position at Ditec solutions I created a customer service employment test and hired a successful employee from Manila. For Ditec Iâ€™ve also created technical video tutorials to help customers, based on needs I uncovered through direct customer interaction.
At Bluedog Design, I worked remotely managing multiple project teams that spanned coast to coast. Having worked for, and owned a start-up, I have succeeded in developing and implementing workflow systems, company-wide communication hubs and process guidelines.
