I have more than 25 years of experience working in the administrative field with over 15 years as an executive assistant working remotely. My previous history includes drafting and editing correspondence, email and calendar management, scheduling, interacting with internal and external high-level executives as well as customer service support. Although I do not have direct experience working with PM software, I have been successful in accomplishing multiple projects. I believe it is essential to learn the executiveâ€™s preferences, so there is minimal direction needed; thus, giving the executive more time to concentrate on other matters.
I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs. I am a fast learner enabling me to use new software quickly. I have extensive experience preparing reports and presentation materials.
