Main Cover Letter

To Whom It May Concern,
My name is Cindy Grace Lamug. I am currently working as a part-time Maintenance Coordinator for a company that is contracted by many Property Management Groups throughout the country. It is my role to ensure that tenant maintenance requests are handled with highest service and urgency. Along with this position, I am a full-time mom to my three children, as well as a landlord to several rental property of which my husband and I own and manages. Customer service and being organized are some of my strongest suit. I pride myself on being able to handle different task and setting an order to accomplish them in an efficient manner. My previous employment was with Wells Fargo Bank and within 7 years of employment, I worked my way up from a Teller position, within the banking locations, to a Customer Sales and Service Representative, then a Personal Banker, and lastly a Securities Operations Service Specialist within the Trust Department. My hard work and self-motivation has helped me become successful in this organization. On this note, due to my youngest child’s birth, which is now one year old, I have chosen to stay home and be there to watch her grow.
I believe that I am a good fit for this position, because I am an enthusiastic person, very open-minded and eager to learn. I have experience in sales, administrative duties, and customer service. I am self-motivated and a fast learner. I am able to learn and adapt to any task that I am entrusted with. One thing I strongly believe in is that if there is something I am not familiar with, I can always learn it! In addition, I am very familiar with the use of social media outlets, such as Instagram and Facebook, which can be helpful for any duties consisting of social media marketing.
