I have over 25 years in administrative work over a variety of industries. I have excellent intrapersonal skills and really enjoy customer service. I am very organized, a team player, efficient and have high ethical standards.
I am an expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher, Word) as well as Quickbooks and a sufficient expertise in WordPress and Drupal website platforms. I have been developing presentations for fundraising campaigns for the last 7 years including designing and printing invitations, posters and other collateral for these campaigns.
My years in fundraising for a local community hospital allowed me to be a resource for our community members and provide information to numerous resources available in my community to assist and provide for them. Many tasks in fundraising require multi-tasking, prioritizing and organizing the workload and deadlines in an environment with competing demands and interruptions. Preparation of publicity pieces for local publications a review and proofreading are required, bookkeeping tasks and confidential donor gift entries require an eye for detail. In addition, part of my responsibilities included maintaining and developing website content.
