Good morning.

I just saw your ad on “Hire My Mom”.

Why do I want to work for you?

I’ve worked for you before!

Well, not literally. But I have worked for at least one woman with your drive, and your need for a detailed oriented assistant to handle the details while she handled the “big picture” strategic issues. I would be happy to do the same for you.

Why am I the best candidate for the position?

I have the skills you specified, which is the base.

Beyond that, one of my “super powers” is the ability to both understand and create office systems that allow for an efficient business flow.

Although I follow instructions (I can do what I am told. I have found many people can’t.) I work well independently, and always try to find my own answers first before asking questions, when that is necessary and appropriate.

To be completely upfront, I have not supported an online business before. But I have both created and maintained websites. I know HTML, CSS, and WordPress.

At a previous employer, I was tasked with sending out 100K emails a month, so I understand, and can use, mass email systems.
I learn very quickly, and I am certain I can perform whatever tasks you might need.

From your ad, what you need are things I am good at, and that I enjoy.

Good Morning,
I saw your ad on Hiremymom.com and would like to throw my name into the ring. What drew me to this ad is mindfulness. I have become interested in living a mindful life over the past few years and strive to do so each day. I am interested in this position because I feel that teaching others about mindfulness could truly be a service to others. I have been a VA for about a year and am looking to develop a long term relationship with a company rather than continue taking on short jobs.
I feel that I would be an excellent candidate for this position due to my excellent written communication skills, my attention to detail, my organizational skills, and my ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
