7.8 years working for Foreign Language Services, a company that provides translation and interpreting services for profit and non-profit organizations.

3 years as the Interpreters’ Coordinator for the State of DHR, schools systems, medical facilities, and law firms. 4 additional years as the Interpreters’ Coordinator’s Assistant, handling scheduling, issues or questions while the Coordinator was out of the office.

7 years of Office Manager experience. I was the go-to person for any issues or questions concerning management of the office.

6 years of Project Manager experience, with responsibilities ranging from purchase orders to scheduling, editing, customer service, marketing, and invoicing.

Excellent telephone and in-person skills; able to quickly establish rapport with clients and vendors, identify needs and match them with the appropriate resources.

Highly organized, efficient, energetic, reliable, flexible, with strong skills in multi-tasking; and able to create office systems and implement new processes.

Trilingual in French, English and Spanish.

All my years of working in this service-oriented position has given me organizational, communication and problem solving skills that would make me a strong candidate for the administrative/virtual assistant position.
