I bring with me 5+ years of client administrative experience including 2+ years of online virtual administrative experience and project management supporting life, wellness and various other coaches as well as entrepreneurs and small business owners of the like.

As an Account Manager for a virtual assistant team of 10+ team members, I am wired for organization, meeting deadlines, tech savvy and learn quickly. I’m a positive thinker, deliver high end results, am dependable and excel at communication. I understand Entrepreneurship and have the ability to stay focused and on task.

I have experience managing people with numerous areas of expertise along with proofing and editing any and all content created by our team before it is sent to our clients such as newsletters, email funnels, web pages, sales pages, social media posts, graphics, PDF’s, etc.

Along with managing a team, I also assist with client/contractor onboarding, billing and invoicing as well as assistance in creating company policy and procedures documents and ensure systems and processes are in place.

My planning, loyalty, resourcefulness and out of the box mindset will be an asset to your business. Along with my positive mindset, I am upbeat, friendly and easily get along with others. I value personal development, enjoy learning and am honest about what I know and don’t know, with the flexibility of offering to learn.

Unfortunately, my current position has slowed down significantly as the owner is shifting gears. So, I am seeking an additional 10-20 hours a week and looking to grow into a long term role with the right fit while building a great working relationship. After reviewing the job description, I quickly realized what a great fit I would be. In fact, while reading the description, responsibilities, skills and behaviors, I felt like I was already a part of your team! I have direct experience and familiarity with most everything listed and for the few areas I don’t, will take the initiative to learn.

I do not have a personal writing sample, but offer experience in managing a copywriter along with proofing and editing any and all content created by our team before it is sent to our clients such as newsletters, email funnels, web pages, sales pages, social media posts, graphics, PDF’s, etc. Along with copywriter management experience, I have a knack for spelling and grammar and genuinely love reviewing, proofing and editing pieces as well as occasionally writing a few pieces of my own.
