My name is Kim and I am interested in the Office Manager position you have available. I have over fifteen years experience working remotely in project management, sales support, upper management support, and office administrative work. I worked for the same company for 10 years while doing small projects as well and have continued to work with various Coaches, digital media, and technology companies.
In last my last position, I supported every department of the company. I wore many hats over the years! I was the Executive Assistant to the owner and upper management. I managed incoming and outgoing emails, managed calendars, arranged meetings, dinners, conferences, and travel. I managed expenses and provided expense reports.
I managed the sales team by keeping them organized I was the project manager and was the “middleman” between the web developers, technicians, and our customers. A big part of my job was keeping the customers updated on ordered equipment, milestones, mockups, timelines, and status of projects. I made sure our customers were satisfied and happy with our products and services. I was a vital part of the customer service team to ensure that our customers felt that our company went above and beyond expectations.
I managed our WordPress website by making sure it was updated, adding events, blogs, and pages. I managed our social media accounts and groups by posting daily quotes, content, and interacting with our followers.
I am tech savvy and a quick learner. I am great at organizing projects and making sure projects are completed in a timely manner. I am very well versed using many different applications and platforms such as Dropbox, Google Docs, Salesforce, Trello, Basecamp, Asana, Zoho, Highrise, HootSuite, Social Media Platforms, Zendesk and Microsoft Office. I can start immediately and I am looking forward to start working again with a great company.
