During my seven years with Citizen’s Bank RBS NA I started as a part time teller and worked my way through teller manager then on to Administrative assistant for two VP’s of sales, learning new systems and adapting too many changes, and growing my knowledge of each position fast. My drive for success comes from wanting to gain knowledge and be a good and valuable asset of the team. While working as a manager and then as an assistant I have learned a lot about being able to handle multiple tasks and have worked to better my attention to details and organization. Working as an assistant to two sales manager required me to be able to manage up to 40 team members under those VP’s, making sure that they had an understanding of new policy and procedures, places supply orders for business cards, basic office supplies and technology. The worked that I did for my managers included, calendar management, meeting preparations, email management, travel, creation of multiple and often complex excel and PowerPoint documents. I always worked closely with both managers to be an asset that they could rely on in any situation; my time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision has been a great asset for me in my work.
