My name is Tina Caldwell and I was excited to see your request on HireMyMom.com for a Virtual Assistant to help with your upcoming Summit.

I have been a VA for a little over 11 years now having started in November 2007. I have worked in many capacities as a VA including managing multi speaker summits and webinars with multiple day releases of the interviews.

Not only have I been responsible for managing the speaker relationships, such as gathering bios and head shots for the Opt-in Pages, I have also created the Opt-in Pages and sent and tracked the receipt of Speaker Agreements. Lastly, I have set-up affiliate programs to help give the participants promo material to help fill the summits and webinars.

I am very interested in what you do and would love to assist you in making this summit a great success.

I am willing to manage this position for you for $20/hour (negotiable) and I am available to start immediately.
