Hello, I am a seasoned HR and Recruitment Specialist with over ten years of experience working in Renewable Energy, IT, Software, Healthcare, Hospitality, and the Architectural industry. I feel I am qualified for the Human Resource opportunity because:
â€¢ I have over 7 yearsâ€™ experience managing all phase of the employee lifecycle to include; Recruitment, Employee Management, Talent Management, Time & Attendance, Compensation & Benefits, Organization Development, and Transition.
â€¢ I have hands on experience managing the Recruitment process. My experience extends to developing the recruitment strategy and fulfillment of all the workflows throughout the process to include; sourcing talent, connecting with candidates, evaluating competency, selection and offer negotiations.
â€¢ My success in my career was due to my in-depth knowledge and experience overseeing and managing HR activities that include processing payroll (over 300 team members), Performance Management, Employee Relations, Onboarding, Workerâ€™s Compensation, Unemployment Administration, etc.
â€¢ I understand the importance of building business relationships with leadership and treating Team Members as my customers and solidifying trust.
â€¢ My experience has cultivated my understanding of the importance of supplying analytical reports relating to employee data, benefit utilization, cost analysis to make informed business decisions.
â€¢ Iâ€™m knowledgeable about HR and employment law. Iâ€™ve facilitated formal internal investigations relating to allegations brought to my attention by Team Members and was able to recommend solutions that would be a mutual benefit for all parties involved. In some instances, disciplinary action was a recommended step.
â€¢ Employee Relations is my specialty. I rely on my experience to help coach and mentor Team Leads and guiding them through challenging situations.
Overall, my passion for HR extends beyond my hands-on experience. My interest includes participating in local affiliations, attending networking events, and staying abreast through SHRM and other HR platforms to keep me current on industry changes and impacts.

I graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Development and recently obtained my SHRM-CP certification (Society of Human Resource Management- Certified Professional).
