Hello, I am a seasoned HR and Recruitment Specialist with over ten years of experience working in Renewable Energy, IT, Software, Healthcare, Hospitality, and the Architectural industry. I’m excited to apply for the Virtual Assistant opportunity at Belay and feel I am qualified because:

• I own and manage three online websites:

• I manage multiple social media accounts and have extensive experience with creating logos, content images, printables, infographics, and other content to help my social media accounts stay engaged.

• I have over ten years’ experience fulfilling administrative support tasks, such as Data Entry, Client Relations, Excel Management, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Blog and Website Management, Email Management, Transcription, etc.

• I have hands-on experience managing, understanding, interpreting, setting up and organizing email accounts, calendars and business meetings using Google Apps, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, WebEx, Google Hangouts, and many other technical platforms and applications

• My success in my career is due to my in-depth knowledge and experience overseeing and managing HR activities that include processing payroll (over 300 team members), Performance Management, Employee Relations, Onboarding, Worker’s Compensation, Unemployment Administration, etc.

• I understand the importance of building business relationships with not only my clients but their clients as well to establish and solidify trust

• I have managed and worked with remote teams and team leads and am very comfortable managing a remote VA business

Overall, my passion for fulfilling administrative tasks extends beyond my hands-on experience. My interest also includes engaging with other Virtual Assistances, researching best practices and staying up to date on trending topics.

My resume, which is enclosed, will provide a description of my career achievements, however, what cannot be easily described, is my eagerness and resilient attitude to succeed. Although, my resume highlights all my HR experience, consider the soft-skills that are required for each of those roles. I graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Development and recently obtained my SHRM-CP certification (Society of Human Resource Management- Certified Professional).
