In 2009, I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. I’ve completed 9 years of teaching in the traditional elementary classroom and am excited to explore new opportunities where I can use my passions and abilities to help others become more organized and successful. I have had more than eight years of experience in administrative roles. I am well-versed in all the miscellaneous duties this job entails. I am extremely well organized and have a proven track record working with people from all walks of life.
I have recently been working as an administrative assistant for George Washington’s Mt. Vernon. I helped with the 17th Annual Spirit of Mt. Vernon event held on October 9, 2018. I worked with database entry; Microsoft Excel; invoicing; writing and editing for program and auction materials; and many other administrative jobs. The event had over 600 corporate attendees as well as Members of Congress and other important guests. It grossed over $550,000 for Mt. Vernon educational programs.
Prior to this role, I was as preschool teacher and a professional volunteer at my children’s schools. I taught three and four-year-old children for almost eight years. I loved teaching and working with the elementary kids to help them have positive education experiences. I also three kids, so, needless to say, I know a ton about slime!
In my previous roles as an executive assistant, I handled all of the duties required for this position, and more, with great capability. I was frequently praised for my ability to handle complex tasks and solve problems without requesting input, but also maintain an awareness of when input may be desired. In short, as an executive assistant, I am efficient, attentive, and competent. Finally, I have all the skills necessary for the role.

I am excited to apply for the role of Part-Time, Work-From-Home Assistant at Her Smart Marketing. Previously, I worked as the Associate Broker Support Analyst for Coventry Healthcare of Georgia where I gained strong communication and problem solving skills. I’m confident that I can take my skills and experience from that opportunity and make a positive impact on your team as well.

Given my related experience and excellent capabilities, I feel my skills are an ideal match for this position. At Coventry, organization was key to ensure all agents and agencies received their disbursements in a timely manner. As a result, all disbursements were delivered and all verification documents were completed by the monthly deadline every month. Your team will benefit from my ability to analyze documents for accuracy, follow up with internal and external clients and multitask.

In addition to my work experience, I also served as the PTA President at Britt Elementary School where my son was enrolled at the time. There, I had the chance to organize all PTA school events from beginning to end – including three new school events. Hey Ashley,
My name is Hallie Stern. I am a creative producer in NYC with a background in marketing, development, and social media. I am looking for a part time remote work while I put myself through grad school and grow as an entreprenure.
Most of the work I create myself is centered around collaboration and empowering women, and it looks like we are both aligned with similar ideals
