Experienced Virtual Assistant – Sara Haley
I was so excited to see your posting. Your pregnancy videos literally got me through my first pregnancy. Though my titles have varied over the years, all of my jobs, including VP, Development, have included a large proportion of Executive Assistant tasks. I have always supported the head of each company I’ve worked for in addition to any other tasks assigned me. My dream opportunity right now would be something that would let me take the die-hard work ethic I developed in the entertainment space and apply it to helping women improve their fitness.
My skills and experience that pertain to this position include:
• Skilled multi-tasker – used to juggling multiple deadlines, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
• Dedicated – putting my full attention and creativity toward each and every project
• Polished writer – wrote grants and proposals, drafted contracts, updated company blogs and proofread scripts
• Web savvy – developed and updated company websites and social media accounts
• Strong follow-up skills – managed teams of artists and writers and never missed a deadline
• Fundamental computer skills – Excel, Word, Outlook PowerPoint, Quickbooks, InDesign and Filemaker
• Adept at building and maintaining relationships – listens to others, takes feedback well, and is happy to set ego aside and put company needs first
• Upbeat Attitude – keeps the big picture in mind and maintains a sense of humor no matter how stressful the daily ups and downs
I look forward to discussing my qualifications in more detail and also learning more about how you think my skills and aptitudes would best benefit your company. Thank you for your consideration, and I look forward to speaking with you soon.
