Experienced Virtual Assistant – Challenge Your Thinking
Dear Dr. Tucker
I was very excited to see your job posting on Hire My Mom. I am a huge fan of Podcasts, and it would be incredible exciting employ my well-honed organizational skills, team-building attitude, and die-hard work ethic in the Podcast space. Though my titles have varied over the years, all of my jobs, including VP, Development, have included a large proportion of Executive Assistant tasks. I have always supported the head of each company I’ve worked for in addition to any other tasks assigned me. And my experience in documentary film makes me very comfortable with booking interviews.
My skills and experience that pertain to this position include:
• Skilled multi-tasker – used to juggling multiple deadlines, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
• Dedicated – putting my full attention and creativity toward each and every project
• Polished writer – wrote grants and proposals, drafted contracts, updated company blogs and proofread scripts
• Web savvy – developed and updated company websites and social media accounts
• Strong follow-up skills – booked expert interviews for multiple documentary projects
• Adept at building and maintaining relationships – listens to others, takes feedback well, and is happy to set ego aside and put company needs first
• Upbeat Attitude – keeps the big picture in mind and maintains a sense of humor no matter how stressful the daily ups and downs
I look forward to discussing my qualifications in more detail and also learning more about how you think my skills and aptitudes would best benefit your company. Thank you for your consideration, and I look forward to speaking with you soon.
