Experienced Office Manager

I have over 25 years of experience supporting upper-level management teams. In 2008, I joined HCIM as a part-time Administrative Assistant supporting the CEO from my home office. During that time, I received several promotions, including my most recent promotion to Corporate Services Manager in 2016. In 2011, I was asked to join the HCIM Leadership Team, and as a member of that team, I have been responsible for providing strategic input and direction that have helped shape our HR department and company culture. In 2013, I received the HCIM Rising Star Award for outstanding contributions to the company. I have been referred to as “keeper of our culture” at HCIM, and I have been consistently recognized as someone who embodies and promotes company culture on a consistent basis.

I live in Huffman, Texas which is a community northeast of Houston with my husband, daughter, and rescue dog. I enjoy “glamping” with my family, and I have a passion for helping those in need, including coordinating school supply drives, homeless outreaches, and Christmas toy drives.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working from home for the past 10 years, and I have the dedication, commitment, and focus required to successfully work from a remote environment. I am looking for a part-time, work-from-home position in an administrative and/or management role.
