Greetings!

As a senior level Executive Assistant with 17 years experience in my field, I’m happy to submit my application to be considered for your Virtual Assistant needs.

I’ve supported CEOs and other C-level executives full-time since 2003 in the Austin tech sector. From 2012 – 2015, I did so virtually. I’ve been on board from the early stages of a start-up through several rounds of fundraising, a successful IPO, a handful of acquisitions, and integration with publicly held Companies. I’ve worn many hats, grown both professionally and personally through my work, been fortunate to have worked alongside exceptionally talented people, and learned a surprising amount about business operations and employee engagement. I’m truly grateful for the journey that has brought me here.

I’ve recently stepped down from my role supporting the Founder, CEO, and CFO at an Austin-based software company in favor of reduced hours and in-office commitment. I am looking for an opportunity where I can contribute on a part-time basis as a virtual assistant. In my decade of experience in an administrative setting, I have maintained the highest performance standards within a diverse range of administrative functions, which are clearly illustrated by my past successes as well as my numerous and frequent promotional history.
