For the past 17 years, I have worked full time as a content manager for an educational publishing company. I recently left that role to pursue a more flexible and part-time career that will better suit my family and personal needs.
Aside from the fact that I love to read and edit, the title of your book sounds very appealing to me and I have a feeling it’s something I’d really enjoy ingread. That said, I have no interest in re-writing your book, but have a good eye for grammar, structure, and flow that I think would be a great fit for this role.
As you’ll see in my resume, I have a pretty diverse educational background with many years of editorial experience and web-based content management. I have skills in writing, copy-editing, and proofreading, as well as general project management in a deadline-driven environment. I’m a proactive leader and I thrive on getting things done accurately and efficiently.
I’m very interested in learning more about this role and I’m curious what kind of deadline you have in mind.
Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you soon!
