I am responding to your ad on Hiremymom.com for a Customer Service Specialist and Personal Administrator. After reviewing your website and reading about Dr. Morguelan and his work, I would love the opportunity to speak with you and learn more about this position.
I have vast and extensive virtual administrative experience encompassing customer service/client communications via phone and email, social media support, CRM maintenance, calendar management, creation and editing email marketing, and more. As a Virtual Assistant for a variety of companies over the years, Iâ€™m accustomed to learning new procedures and software and catch on quickly. I actually enjoy learning new processes and taking on new challenges!
In my most recent Virtual Administrative position, I was assistant to the Area Director, 3 Regional Directors, and the Regional Product Trainer for Constant Contactâ€™s entire Midwest team. In this role, I handled all communications with local speakers and customers, set up and coordinated all details of their training sessions and seminars, created/edited email blasts and event pages in Constant Contact, managed events in Salesforce and basically anything they needed me to run with at any given time! The position required a high attention to detail, ability to multi-task, a great amount of patience, and the ability to work with all different personality types.
I have a strong work ethic, take full ownership, and I strive to anticipate the needs of the customer and act proactively to help them any way I can. I will always communicate honestly and am truly a team player.
As a side note, at one time I worked at a health store part time and witnessed customers who were able to heal themselves using alternative therapies. I do believe there is a place for Eastern medicine.
