First of all, I do almost all of my shopping online. I am well familiar with those emails “you left something in your cart”. They are great reminders to go back and take a second look. Second, I am very patient with the elderly community. Currently, my main responsibility is sole caregiver for my 80 year old bedbound mother. Everything needs to be explained in detail and we are currently working on using an IPAD. That is coming along very slowly. I am also raising a teenager, and obviously that takes a lot of patience.
Third, I have quite a bit of experience in the “tee shirt” business. I spent many years helping a close friend run four successful “Tee Shirt Shops” in Baltimore, Maryland. In addition, I have spent many years as an event coordinator which involved the designing and ordering of t-shirts as well as other merchandise to promote the events.
