For the past 17 years, Iâ€™ve worked full time as a content manager for an educational publishing company. I recently left that role to pursue a more flexible and part-time career that will better suit my family and personal needs. As a content owner for many years, Iâ€™ve learned that what I really love to do is data analysis.
As youâ€™ll see in my resume, I have a pretty diverse educational background with many years of content management expertise. As a product owner and database manager, I have experience analyzing survey feedback from both auto-generated results (like Foresee), as well as customer driven feedback from a hand selected group.
Iâ€™m certified and trained in Excel, as well as the full Microsoft Office Suite, and know how to use these tools effectively to narrow down survey results and get to the heart of the data.
Iâ€™m very interested in learning more about this role. Aside from my professional interest, I think I would very much enjoy working with this data on a personal level. I am currently in between contracts, so I could start immediately and complete this in a relatively short time frame. I can provide results in both concatenated spreadsheet, as well as a report format in Word if thatâ€™s preferable.
