Customer Service – Sunny’s Hair

Dear Ms. Dafina Smith,

I am very interested in this customer service position because I enjoy helping people. Even though my experience in the cosmetology industry has been some years ago, I still like to keep up with beauty trends, and the latest styles and processes, and I still do hair for family members. I can always spot a beautiful hairstyle in a crowd and know how gorgeous hair can boost one’s confidence. What also makes me a good candidate for this position is my attention to detail, my passion for helping people, my data entry skills and my ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and/or procedures.

I do enjoy routine duties that require attention to detail, as most of my jobs included some type of data entry. My most recent position was a part time seasonal job processing orders for a photography company. My bookkeeping experience demonstrates my aptitude with details. I am proficient with MS Office and also have experience using Google docs. Even though I do not have experience with Reamaze, or the Shopify backend, I am confident that I can easily learn these new programs. I am comfortable with using technology, and not afraid to learn new apps or software programs.

My experience working from home, excellent communications skills and an exceptional work ethic are the right fit for the work at home position you are seeking to fill. I am accustomed to communicating through email, as well as chat software, and understand the importance of responding in a timely manner, and going above and beyond to help a customer have a positive experience.
